How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days across the UAE. You'll get an email when your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is shown in your bag before you pay. There are no extra fees at checkout.
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened perfumes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered. See our Refund Policy for details.
How does the referral offer work?
Buy a perfume, verify your mobile number, and share it with friends. When two friends' first orders are delivered and their 14-day return period has passed, you can choose a refund of your order or a free perfume.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
The courier needs it to deliver your order, and it becomes your referral code. Verification helps us stop fake accounts.
Is my payment secure?
You pay on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Do the fragrances contain allergens?
Like most perfumes, they contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens. The full list is printed on each box. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first.
