Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use the MERSY website. We design and test it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

All features work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
Text and interface colours meet AA contrast ratios.
Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Forms have labels, clear error messages that are announced to screen readers, and don’t rely on colour alone.
Animation is minimal and turned off if you ask your device to reduce motion.
The site is available in English, Arabic (right-to-left), Hindi and Malayalam.

Known limitations

The security check on sign-up is provided by Cloudflare and follows their accessibility standard. The payment page is provided by our payment provider. If either causes you difficulty, contact us and we will help you complete your order.
